Cycle-r: a cycling tourist network for the Cities of Art
The project link the most important historic towns in the Emilia-Romagna Region to be visited by bicycle
A cycling tourist network designed and created for the Cities of Art: this is, in short, the main purpose of Cycle-r Project which link the most important historic towns in the Emilia-Romagna Region to be visited by bicycle with the help of a map and a GPS car navigation system. A long main connects the towns of Parma, Modena, Bologna, Ferrara, Ravenna, Forlì and Faenza, from Emilia to Romagna, from the Apennines to the sea. The most charming itineraries inside the town centres are highlighted on the map and available as navigation files. Out of town, secondary itineraries and variations allow you to discover the nature, hills, small towns and villages of the area. Recently Cycle-r has become more interactive: in fact it's active the fan page on Facebook click here and it's also online Cycle-r's blog in Italian, English and German click here.
